At check out you will choose the payment method: cash at the time or credit card on the site.

You can cancel your booking until 48h before the tour with full refund.

I am traveling in a larger group. More people than TRIPIN TOUR allows me to reserve on the website. What should I do?

Which languages are available on the tours?

Most tours and services offered by TRIPIN TOUR are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. If you have the need for a specific language, please contact us and we will arrange a special guide for you.

Can I change the date of my booking?

Yes, up to 48 hours in advance you can change the date of your booking without paying any fees. If you need to change anything during the 48 hours, please contact us as soon as you can. We will give you all the possibilities. TRIPIN TOUR offers maximum flexibility for you to feel safe and satisfied.

If it is raining, the tours usually occur?

If rain interfere with the welfare and safety of participants, unfortunately the tour is canceled and your money will be fully refunded or we will arrange the same tour for another day with no extra cost. Unfortunately, there are some weather problems we can’t control, but you can be sure we will always try to find the best solution for our clients.

As cancellation policy works?

If the cancelation is made 48 hours in advance, you receive a full refund. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours in advance, you will be charged with a 50% cancellation fee. Canceling with less than 24 hours in advance, you will not be reimbursed for the amount paid.

About Payment

What are the payment methods available?

At TRIPIN TOUR you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Payment is made through a secure payment method.

For your ease, we also offer the option of paying in cash at the time of the tour (see Terms of Use for this option).

All payments are made in Brazilian currency (REAL). Payments in foreign currencies are subject to the current currency value.

The costs of each tour are guaranteed only through booking and payment. On the website they can be changed at any time without notice.

Can I pay the tour on the same day in cash?

Yes, but not all tours and services allow this kind of payment (see the Terms of Use for this option).

I do not have a credit card, how do I make my reservation?

If the tour or service you want to book does not accept cash payment on time, please contact us to make a bank deposit.
